Lamingtons are Australian treat, traditionally made with chocolate sauce. We’ve changed things up for the holidays and soaked our vanilla sponge cake in raspberry glaze, then rolled it in fine coconut. A bit of holiday colour for table and a great pairing with our classic chocolate lamingtons!
