Straight from my Food Network Christmas Cookie Challenge appearance (okay fine, I didn’t win — but this cookie totally did), meet our Sticky Toffee Pudding Cookie! Packed with dates and melty chunks of Skor bar, it’s cozy, rich, and highly addictive. On the show, I gave it a bourbon butter icing, but we’ve gone a little more local this season and changed it to a Vanilla Crown Royal Butter glaze.
Basically, it’s Christmas dessert dressed up as a cookie — and it’s here for its encore.
