High Tea Bakery’s famous imperial cookies are decked out for Canada Day with this patriotic collection. Each set contains 12 mini imperial cookies – 6 adorable beaver faces, 6 Proud Canadian slogans.
Mini imperial cookies are comprised of two layers of almond shortbread, sandwiched with raspberry jam, and covered in a pure almond icing. They are a Winnipeg favourite and sure to delight!
