Our chef calls this cookie THE REVERSE, as it’s the opposite of the classic chocolate chip cookie. Rich Belgian cocoa powder makes for a deeply delicious chocolate flavour, packed full of white chocolate chips. Not crunchy, but not soft either. Right inbetween!
